Yes! Every single hook is handmade by me, Reuben, in my home workshop. I carefully turn, sand, and finish each one by hand — no mass production here.

I currently work with beautiful hardwoods. Each type of wood brings its own unique colour and grain pattern.

I only accept returns if the item arrives damaged. If something arrives broken or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll do my best to make it right. Just send through a photo and your order details. Because each hook is handmade and unique, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wood colour, or if the size isn’t what you expected — so please double-check the product details before ordering.
